Refund and Returns Policy

DELIVERY TRACKING

You can track the status of your order as it progresses at rnklondon.com. It may take up to 48 hours from confirmation for your order to become active.

We can offer excellent delivery rates to Jersey/Guernsey, please call for info.

For delivery quotes outside of the UK please call us on 0203 633 4558.

For deliveries to the EU please allow 10-14 working days for deliveries, pending customs clearance. If you are ordering several products, you will only pay one delivery charge.

Once your order is processed by our online sales team, the courier will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Small Parcel Delivery 5-7 working days.

Pallet Delivery 10-14 working days.

PALLET DELIVERIES (Palletways)

Please make us aware if you have any access restrictions to your property.

Pallet deliveries are to a kerbside location.
Your property must allow access to 1.7 – 7.5-tonne vehicles.
Our couriers will not be able to manoeuvre pallets up steep inclines.
Our couriers can only deliver to ground floor locations.
In order to operate SAFE pump truck operations, we can only operate on solid, flat surfaces.
Our drivers are not permitted to enter your property.
Deliveries are an all-day service between 8 am and 7 pm.

 

SMALL PARCEL DELIVERIES 

Orders such as taps, showers, and accessories will be delivered by DPD, ROYAL MAIL OR UPS. Delivery time is 5 -7 working days. You will receive a text from the couriers with a delivery date. Please make sure you are available to receive the delivery on that date or contact the courier to rearrange. Deliveries are an all-day service between 8 am and 7 pm.

 

IMPORTANT

We strongly recommend that you do not book any fitters or installers until you have received all your goods in full. 

If you haven’t added your contact number to the order, please email this across to us as soon as possible. Without this, the delivery driver won’t be able to contact you.

Although we thoroughly inspect all products before they leave our distribution centre, we advise you to check over the product(s) for damage once the delivery arrives. Once you sign for the delivery this is an acceptance that you are happy with the product(s).

 

RETURNS

We recommend you examine the Goods to check that they are as ordered and undamaged within 48 hours from the day after delivery. Please check each item is as ordered and appears in good condition.

You must notify us in writing by email to info@rnklondon.com to explain your concerns. If we agree with your concerns, we will confirm by email that you may return the goods in their original condition and packaging, which must be sent to us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days.

 

General Return

You are free to initiate a return within 14 days of receipt whenever you are not satisfied with the product, but you must pay for the return or exchange cost if no quality issues are involved. For general return you need to keep the original packaging, Item(s) must be:

  1. In brand-new condition
  2. Uninstalled and/or non-assembled
  3. Unused, no pieces missing
  4. With original tags and packaging

 

A few items can’t be returned, including:

  1. Clearance items
  2. Customized items
  3. Offline purchase (items or parts unlisted on our website)
  4. Items marked “non-Returnable” on the product page
  5. Please note, any items returned without authorization will not qualify for a refund and be rejected on delivery to our returns center.

 

What you need to know before you start a general return

  1. Please kindly DO NOT discard any of the shipping box or packing materials.
  2. The White Glove service charges collected on the order will not be refunded for general return.
  3. You must pay for the return cost if no quality issues are involved.
  4. At least a full view picture of the product needs to be provided so we can assess its condition and return eligibility.

 

Faulty or Damaged Products

  1. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any missing parts, faults, damage or incorrect items immediately. You are advised to contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your items if there is an issue with the product. such as the faucets leaking while installed, please make sure to take some pictures or a quick video demonstrating the problem. Providing pictures of the product, the packaging and the labels on the outside will allow us to greatly speed up the process for you.
  2. All product issue inquiries may be best informed us within 14 days of receipt along with the three types of pictures mentioned above, otherwise, after-sales inquiries after 14 days of receipt might be affected negatively due to uncertain factors outside of the time frame.
  3. Please note that we do not cover the repair fee if unauthorized handyman services were hired.

 

Supplement Terms

  1. Damaged items mean items that have been damaged in shipping.

To help you efficiently, please report to customer service about the damaged product within 3 business days after you received the item and do not discard the damaged item its packaging. See I Receive a Damaged Item for further details.

  1. Undeliverable and Refused Package

If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful for reasons such as refusal, invalid address, or lack of signature, resulting in reshipment or cancellation, you will be responsible for the additional handling and shipping fees that might occur.
