PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS

• 59# BRASS ROD – The 59# BRASS material has good ductility and low lead content. It is processed as a material, and the brushed brass taps are all processed by automatic numerical control machine tools. The cutting surface is smooth, and the product is of high precision.
• 65# BRASS TUBE – The 65# BRASS material has high toughness, which is convenient for shaping various shapes and changes, and the water surface is treated as lead-free. 
• RED COPPER TUBE – The body of the faucet using the red copper tube is welded by the red copper pipe and the valve core base. The shell material is brass. After the brass is cast, it is assembled with the red copper tube body to form a faucet (99.9% brass content). 
• SEDAL CARTRIDGE – Two kinds of water mixing cartridge are adopted, both of them are the top cartridge in the industry (ceramic cartridge with diamond-like hardness).

CARE & MAINTENANCE

Cleaning and maintenance 

• Clean regularly using natural cleaning solutions. 
• Use cleaning products that are recommended to be used on tap.
• Clean spills immediately to avoid stains. 
• Use natural cleaning products only and no abrasive cleaning cloths. 
• Weekly cleaning with a soft microfibre cloth and soapy water is recommended. 
• Dry after each use to maintain the product shine. 
• For newly renovation flush pipes before use.
• Do not let water pool. 
• Use a limescale remover if you are in a hard water area. 

Caution while product caring 

• Do not use bleach or products which include bleach. 
• Do not use Ammonium agents or ammonium. 
• Do not use highly acid cleaners. 
• Do not use alcohol or mineral based cleaners.
  

 Limit the surface exposure to high levels of salt. 

If your products encounter any of the above rinse immediately with warm soapy water. 

Avoid scorers or rough abrasive brushes that could scratch the surface. 

Avoid contact with sharp objects.

Avoid putting heat products directly on the surface.

PALLET DELIVERIES (Palletways)

Please make us aware if you have any access restrictions to your property.

Pallet deliveries are to a kerbside location.
Your property must allow access to 1.7 – 7.5-tonne vehicles.
Our couriers will not be able to manoeuvre pallets up steep inclines.
Our couriers can only deliver to ground floor locations.
In order to operate SAFE pump truck operations, we can only operate on solid, flat surfaces.
Our drivers are not permitted to enter your property.
Deliveries are an all-day service between 8 am and 7 pm.

 

SMALL PARCEL DELIVERIES 

Orders such as taps, showers, and accessories will be delivered by DPD, ROYAL MAIL OR UPS. Delivery time is 5 -7 working days. You will receive a text from the couriers with a delivery date. Please make sure you are available to receive the delivery on that date or contact the courier to rearrange. Deliveries are an all-day service between 8 am and 7 pm.

IMPORTANT

We strongly recommend that you do not book any fitters or installers until you have received all your goods in full. 

If you haven’t added your contact number to the order, please email this across to us as soon as possible. Without this, the delivery driver won’t be able to contact you.

Although we thoroughly inspect all products before they leave our distribution centre, we advise you to check over the product(s) for damage once the delivery arrives. Once you sign for the delivery this is an acceptance that you are happy with the product(s).
